Terms of Service for HSTORM Printing

Welcome to HSTORM Printing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our laser engraving and printing services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

HSTORM Printing offers UV Printing & Laser Engraving services on various materials such as wood, acrylic, metal, glass, and leather. We reserve the right to refuse service on any material that we deem unsuitable or dangerous for laser engraving.

2. Ordering and Payment

- Ordering: Services can be ordered through our website, email, or phone. All design submissions must be received and confirmed by us before processing.

- Payment:  Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other methods specified on our website.

- Refunds:  Due to the custom nature of our services, orders are non-refundable once engraving begins. If you need to cancel, please notify us before work starts.

3.  Design and Content

- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the design and content you submit do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

- Approval: We reserve the right to approve all designs before engraving. If we believe the design violates any laws or our terms, we may refuse service without refund.

4. Turnaround Time

- Standard Time: Orders typically take 5 business days to complete after design approval.  If it will take longer than that you will be notified soon after order.

- Rush Orders:   Rush services are available at an additional cost. Please inquire for details.

5. Delivery

- Shipping: Items will be shipped via the method agreed upon at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and risks are borne by the customer unless free shipping is indicated based on order size.

- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6 . Liability

- Accuracy: While we strive for precision, slight variations in engraving can occur due to material properties or equipment limitations.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

- Data Use:  We may use your contact details for the purpose of providing our services and for marketing communications unless you opt-out.

- Storage: We store your personal data securely and in compliance with data protection laws.

8. Changes to Terms

- Updates: We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
