Return Policy for Customized Items

Thank you for choosing our store for your customized products. Due to the unique nature of customized items, our return policy for these products is structured to ensure fairness and satisfaction for both our customers and our artisans. Please read the following points carefully:

  1. Non-Refundable Policy:
    • Customized items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange once the final product has been produced and shipped. This policy applies to all items that have been tailored to the customer's specifications, including but not limited to personalized text, images, sizes, or special features.
  2. Customer Satisfaction:
    • If you are not fully satisfied with the customization, but there is no defect, you may contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt to discuss potential solutions. Please note, these solutions will not include refunds or exchanges but might include partial discounts on future purchases or other customer service gestures at our discretion.
  3. Cancellation Before Production:
    • You may cancel your order for a customized item before production begins without incurring any fees. Once production has started, as per your approval of the pre-production proof, cancellation is not possible.
  4. Communication:
    • Please ensure all details are correct when submitting your order. Communication regarding changes or corrections must be made before the final approval of the product proof to avoid misunderstandings or dissatisfaction with the final product.
  5. Exceptions:
    • In extremely rare cases, exceptions may be considered if production errors are significantly different from the approved proof. All such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
