All come preconditioned with mineral oil and then a coat of Organic Bees Wax & Mineral Oil coat along with a 2 oz tin of additional Bees Wax/Mineral Oil and care instructions to ensure your cutting board is in great shape year after year.
JG in the listing means Juice Groove and that will be the engraved side.
Boards are 3/4 inch other than 11x17 which is 1 inch, and 15x20 Butcher Block, which is 1 1/4 inches.
Juice Groove Boards by default are engraved on the side with the Juice Groove, add comment if you'd like the opposite side engraved.
