About the wood:
Eastern Red Aromatic Cedar is beautiful! Each box will have unique characteristics, grain structure and knots. The color of the box will be a combination of both red and blonde wood grain and may have fiery accents. The wood is sprayed with a clear matte finish to preserve the wood. The wood is not "stained." As cedar ages it changes from bright red to a mellow honey brown shade. Constructed of 7/16' solid cedar and are handcrafted in Euless, Texas facility by talented Artisans.
